Based in Carterton, Beehive operates with a team of over 200 full-time employees (FTEs) and is known for its dedication to quality and innovation in the meat processing industry. Project Objectives
- Engage and develop staff at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Increase efficiency by improving kilograms processed per man hour.

Our Solution
