Our Solution
The Lean Hub worked closely with Stubbs Contractors over a two-year period to improve leadership and management systems. Led by Trev Hall from The Lean Hub, the project began with team-building exercises to identify strengths and weaknesses within each crew. Regular sessions every two weeks focused on developing the leadership skills of crew leaders and supervisors, teaching them how to plan, organize, measure production, and reduce inefficiencies such as wasted time and resources.
