Practical people who like improving how work gets done.

Just over ten years ago, Steffan and Trev started The Lean Hub because they kept seeing good businesses held back by problems that could be easily fixed. Today we offer hands-on consultancy, Lean Hub certifications and NZQA-accredited training, working on the floor with businesses right across New Zealand.

Started The Lean Hub with Trev just over ten years ago and is one of our lead consultants and facilitators.

Trev Hall
Co-founder and Director

Started The Lean Hub with Steffan and helped grow it into an NZQA-accredited training provider.

Ironman training, baking, working his Clydesdale or out catching fish.

Theresa Grainger
General Manager

Runs the day to day of the business and keeps every programme on track.

Riding horses along the beach with her daughter, writing, or exploring her passion for wellbeing.

Colin Fergus
Head Facilitator

An experienced facilitator who is just as at home on a manufacturing line as he is running a session.

Popping up to Taranaki, or helping his daughters with the grandkids.

Johanna Talictic
Logistics and Systems Manager

Leads our logistics and operational delivery, from NZQA-accredited programmes through to customised delivery.

Outside work

Loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Great delivery takes a team. We are supported by skilled contractors, trusted partners and our dedicated finance and admin team.
