This policy explains what personal information The Lean Hub Limited ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
When you fill in our contact form or book a time with us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, team size and anything you tell us about your challenge.
When you visit the website, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects general information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your rough location. It does not tell us who you are.
We use your details to reply to you, to arrange and deliver our training and consultancy, and to improve our website and services. We won't sell your information or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.
We only share your information with the people and services that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, booking calendar and Google Analytics. They may only use it to do that job for us.
If you or your staff enrol in an NZQA-accredited programme, we share the enrolment and results information that NZQA and the Tertiary Education Commission require. We will also share information if the law requires us to.
Google Analytics uses small files called cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. The website will still work.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it.
Our website links to other sites, such as our online learning academy. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so check their privacy policies too.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@theleanhub.co.nz or call 0800 532 6482. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
