Most supervisors we come across were promoted because they'd been in the job a long time, not because they'd been given the skills to lead a team. We help give them those skills.
Both paths are work-based, delivered on site or online, and built around your business. Funding may be available on either path. The difference is what your people walk away with.
We deliver workplace-based Level 3 to 5 qualifications in operational excellence. Our programmes cover identifying waste, improving cost efficiency, problem solving, improvement strategy and building a culture that sustains improvement. We also facilitate team leadership and manufacturing excellence programmes.
We deliver a variety of workplace-based micro-credentials in waste reduction, total productive maintenance and digital systems. Each focuses on practical skills that help teams improve productivity and build a culture of continuous improvement. Many also provide a pathway into a formal qualification.
Short and sharp or a longer programme, it's up to you. Pick the modules that match what you're dealing with, or run a leadership development module alongside. Useful when you already know the gap and don't need a full qualification.
Not sure which path fits? We'll help you work it out in the first conversation.
Night shifts, multiple crews, 24/7 operations. We work to your roster, not ours.
In your workplace, using your machines, your products and your actual problems. Or online if that suits you better.
Operators, supervisors and managers get training tailored to their roles.
NZQA accredited, so your people keep something that counts outside your business too. We also offer The Lean Hub certification, recognised by industry for its practical focus on workplace improvement.
Every job is bespoke: colours, lengths and shapes. Rework was eating time, margin and quality across several sites. We ran work-based training that fitted around production and worked on the things that were slowing the team down.
The cost depends on how many people, how many modules and how long the programme runs. Funding may cover a good chunk of it.
It depends on the programme. A customised programme can be short and sharp. The NZQA programmes run over a number of months, with sessions spaced out so your staff can put into practice what they are learning.
Yes. We run sessions around your rosters, including night shift if that is what it takes.
That is normal for us. Our facilitators adapt how they deliver so everyone can take part, including team members with English as a second language.
Yes. We can stay involved after the programme to help the changes stick. We agree what that looks like with you up front.
We agree the numbers that matter with you before we start, then track them as the programme runs.
One conversation, no charge, no pitch. We'll tell you honestly whether training is the right answer.
